Here are some possible issues:

1) Our web application will not work if you have a pop-up blocker enabled.

2) Our web application utilizes MacroMedia Flash Player software.

To check to see if you have the software or to download MacroMedia Flash Player please click here. (This will take you to MacroMedia's Web site) Follow the instructions to load their Flash Player. (May require you to reboot your machine).
